Move Beyond Limits Class Calendar

Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® Classes:

  • Tuesdays: ongoing class, 6-7 pm at Briora Ballroom
  • Thursdays: ongoing class 9:30-10:30 at our office in Bellevue
  • Sundays: 1st & 3rd Sunday workshops at  Coal Creek YMCA, 4-5:45 pm

Nia:

  • Saturday, 10:45-11:45 am at the Bellevue YMCA drop-ins welcome!

Partner dance:

  • Thursday night dance at the Bellevue YMCA, 7:00-8:30, Drop-in any time! No partner or experience needed! Free for Y members, $10 for non-members.
